Finally, we came to some suggestions that would allow us to stay happier and healthier.

We began by looking at what food we eat. We found that some foods are harmful and others are good for us. For example, we know that sugar is very unhealthy because it causes weight gain. On the other hand, fruits and vegetables are good for us because they contain vitamins and minerals that are essential for our bodies.

Next, we looked at exercise. Exercise improves the strength and energy of our bodies. It makes us feel happy. There are lots of exercises that we can do. You can do many things like running, swimming, dancing and lifting weights. Yoga is another great way to build strength. Yoga is a great workout because it increases flexibility and improves breathing. You should not eat too many junk foods and drink lots water if you are looking to lose weight.
