Next, exercise was discussed. Exercise strengthens our bodies and gives us more energy. It makes us feel happy. There are many types of exercise that we can do. You can do many things like running, swimming, dancing and lifting weights. Yoga is another option to increase strength. Yoga can be a great exercise as it increases flexibility, improves breathing and is an excellent way to increase strength. We should avoid junk food and drink lots of water if we are trying to lose weight.

Let's talk about sleep. We need to sleep every night. Lack of sleep can lead to fatigue and stress. This can lead us to many problems such as anxiety, back pains, depression, heart disease or diabetes, and even obesity. So, if we want to stay healthy, we must ensure that we get enough sleep.
