You can do many things like running, swimming, dancing and lifting weights. Yoga is another option to increase strength. Yoga is a great way to improve flexibility and your breathing. You should not eat too many junk foods and drink lots water if you are looking to lose weight.

Finally, let's talk about sleeping. Sleep is one the most important things we do each day. When we don't get enough sleep, we tend to become tired and stressed. This can lead us to many problems such as anxiety, back pains, depression, heart disease or diabetes, and even obesity.
